Relay 12V, 75AThis 12V, 75-amp relay is great for automotive applications. Bi-furcated contacts ensure long-term reliability and increased operating efficiency.Applications:Bi-furcated contact reduces contact bounce and increases long-term reliability. This enables the relay to conduct electrical switching more efficiently, reducing unnecessary heat buildup and contact wear. The high intermittent amperage rating of 150 amps for up to 3 seconds, makes this relay great for temporary high-equipment start-up amp draw applications.Offset input/output terminals and an integrated divider design help prevent accidental contact shortsA high-temperature rating of 125 degrees C/257 degrees F makes this a great relay for high-temperature installation environments like engine bays and other low-ventilation spaces.Features:Bullet-proof construction – Robust automotive grade relay with IP54 ingress protection and reinforced mounting tabs ensure secure mountingDual mounting holes on either side for easy mounting with -20/M6 1.25 bolts or screws up to #14 screwIncorporate the highest quality materials for superior performance and have a high 100,000 electrical switching cycle capacityEnhanced vibration and shock protection ensures enhanced reliability, a long service life, and the operational readiness of the electrical systemSpecifications:Intermittent Current @ 3 SEC (Amps): 150Ambient Temp. Rating (Low/High) (Celsius): -50/125 CMax Continuous Current (Amps): 75 @23 degrees CElectrical Endurance Rating (Cycles): 100,000Initial Contact Resistance (6VDC) 50 mOhmOperating Voltage Range: 8.8-16VDCFocal Features:Long-Term ReliabilityBuilt from high-quality materials, this relay offers superior electrical switching performance for long-term use in applications.Locking HardwareZinc-plated M5-size input/output terminal screws with held-in-place nuts keep connections secure and allow easy tightening of wire terminations.Automotive GradeWide operational temperature ratings and shock/vibration resistance make this a great relay for an automotive electrical system. Meets or exceeds IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6, IP54, and IEC 60068-2-2 ratings.Varied Fastener Sizes6mm x 8.7mm elongated holes accommodate up to 1/4-20″ or M6x1.25 bolts or up to #14/1/4″ sized screws and allow for centering adjustment when installing relays.Reinforced MountingRobust mounting tabs with strengthening gussets ensure the relay stays mounted securely, even through vibration, heat, and wire tension.Compact SizeA small mounting footprint is great for confined installation spaces where space is at a premium.Flat Blade ConnectorsShielded dual 6.3 x.03 mm flat male terminal connectors allow for quick, secure, and easy control wire connections.Offset TerminalsIntegrated divider tab design and varied mounting height input/output pads protect accidental contact shorts.WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
